A moth of moorland, restricted to Exmoor and the Quantocks.&nbsp; Three anomalous records from Langport in 2010-12 and one from 1995 in Mendip complete the picture.<br>

Small Blood-vein

Widespread and fairly frequently recorded, without ever being common.&nbsp; Most frequently recorded coastally and from the Avon valley; appears scarce in the east of the county.

Lesser Cream Wave

Thinly distributed and scattered across most of the county, rarely seeming to be recorded regularly anywhere.<br>
