An uncommon leaf-miner on birch, with just seven Somerset records, the most recent in 2000.&nbsp; A concentration in the Porlock area, where no doubt it still occurs.<br>

Southern Midget

A leaf-miner of willows and sallows, known from a handful of sites; cannot be identified from the mine and requires rearing, so probably more common than the records to date suggest.<br>

Sallow Midget

A leaf-miner of sallows and willows.&nbsp; Appears to be fairly common and widespread, but is no doubt under-recorded, as the species cannot be identified from its mine alone.<br>
