A handful of historic records scattered across the county, with something of a southerly and westerly bias.&nbsp; Last recorded here in 1980.

Spindle Knot-horn

Associated with spindle, a plant of calcareous areas, and restricted in distribution by its foodplant.&nbsp; Generally a scarce moth, with occasional years when it becomes noticeably commoner.&nbsp; The vast majority of records are of adults at garden light traps.
