Widespread and amongst the most common of the Momphas.&nbsp; Like the others, it seems to be most frequent in gardens and urban areas.

Neat Mompha

Widespread, if not too frequently recorded.&nbsp; The moth hibernates as an adult, and a good number of the records are of adults found overwintering in houses and outbuildings.

New Neat Mompha

Widespread, though infrequently recorded.&nbsp; Many records are from urban areas, although it is not restricted to this habitat; it has also been recorded from the gall that the larva makes on great willowherb, <i>Epilobium hirsutum</i>.
