    Leucoma salicis

    ErebidaeABH 72.009 B&F 2031

A resident and immigrant species, historically scarce and local, with records mainly in the north of the county.  There has been an upsurge in records since the 1970s,  presumably due to increased light trapping.  The larvae feed on Sallow and Poplars.
