The Satellite

    Eupsilia transversa

    NoctuidaeABH 73.21 B&F 2256

Emerging in autumn, hibernating, and flying again in early spring, this moth's flight times mean that it may be under-recorded.  It is essentially a woodland moth, and has been reared in the county from oak and elm, but is also regularly recorded in gardens.  Records show that it occurs widely but patchily across the county.
