Frequent in small numbers to light, especially in urban areas.

An adventive species, now widely distributed across the county and extremely common in gardens and urban areas more generally.&nbsp; Much less numerous in the wider countryside.&nbsp; A wide list of hostplants including, but by no means restricted to, scabious, osier, common valerian, broom, fleabane etc.
