Epinotia nanana

    Small Spruce Bell

The specific name suggests a birch-feeder, but it is actually associated with spruces.  Few records, with the recent ones being from Berrow (2006), Chedington Woods (2010), Burnham-on-Sea (2000) and West Luccombe (1997, 2000).  It may be worth searching some of the upland spruce plantations in the county for this species.
