Common Nettle-tap

Widespread and common everywhere.&nbsp; Occasional at light but far more commonly
observed as a day-flyer around nettles.

Garden Lance-wing

Fairly widespread and common; unlike many of its less
frequently recorded relatives, it comes to light, which accounts for a good
percentage of the records, but the early stages are fairly frequently
encountered, usually on Hogweed <i>Heracleum spondylium</i> although other
umbellifers are also used.

Large Lance-wing

Scarce in Somerset, being thinly recorded throughout but
with significantly more records in the Blackdowns.&nbsp; Usually recorded as an adult at light.
