Sweet-grass Dwarf

A single record of this wetland species, from Westhay in 1979.&nbsp; It may still occur in the area; the foodplant is reed sweet-grass, Glyceria maxima.

Twin-barred Dwarf

A scatter of records across the centre and east of the county, and likely to be under-recorded; not recorded yet from upland western Somerset.&nbsp; Most, though not all, records are from calcareous sites.&nbsp; The foodplants are species of Carex and Luzula.

Two-dotted Dwarf

Three records, all pre-1939, from Leigh Woods, Misterton and Haselbury Plucknett.&nbsp; The moth could potentially still occur in the county, as the foodplant glaucous sedge Carex flacca is common in calcareous areas.

Twin-spot Sedge-miner
