Marbled Brown

    Drymonia dodonaea

    A species of western upland oakwoods, most commonly in the Blackdowns and Quantocks.  A good population in Great Breach Wood and another in the woods on the Wiltshire border near Stourhead, but otherwise very rare east of a line between Crewkerne and Bridgwater.
