Lesser Tawny Tubic

Fairly widespread but apparently local, with concentrations in the Taunton area and in coastal north Somerset.&nbsp; Usually recorded as single specimens to light traps in gardens, but occasionally more numerous in favoured sites, usually in or close to woodland.

Tinted Tubic

Rare, with 11 records in total, most from around Taunton and Minehead.&nbsp; It has been recorded recently from both areas.

Golden-brown Tubic

Fairly common and widespread, though apparently absent from the Mendips and perhaps inland Exmoor.&nbsp; Single specimens often end up in garden light traps, but the moth's real home is in wooded areas, where it is more numerous, on occasion becoming abundant.
