Widespread and regularly
recorded, if thinly distributed and usually uncommon. Most records are of low
numbers to garden light traps, though it is occasionally recorded in
considerable numbers on nature reserves.

Rare but widely scattered.&nbsp; Recent records have been from Langford
Heathfield (2006), Leigh Woods (1999) and Porlock (1998).

Goat Moth

Previously widespread in southern Britain but now much declined. Only 3 county records since 1960 and none since&nbsp; 1992.
