Pine Tortrix

Formerly fairly widespread across lowland parts of the county, but the only records since the 1950s are a couple from Westonzoyland in the 1990s.&nbsp; Associated with conifers, so no obvious reason why it should have declined.

Cinquefoil Tortrix

Four records: Dulverton (1923), Met Combe, Exmoor (1988, 1990), Stockhill, Mendip (2015). Might possibly turn up on other moorland sites.

Common Tortrix

Formerly thinly recorded, the last Somerset record was in 2015.&nbsp; The English name is ludicrous in a Somerset context.
