Scarce and local, associated with alder; perhaps
especially recorded from the Porlock area.&nbsp;


Buckthorn Bent-wing

A very local species, but can be
common where it occurs; associated with buckthorns.&nbsp; Almost always recorded as a leaf-miner in
Somerset.&nbsp; Most records are from the
centre of the county, from the Poldens and around Shapwick.

Elm Bent-wing

A scarce moth usually recorded as
a leaf mine on elm.&nbsp; Fairly widespread,
though certainly limited by the distribution of the foodplant.
