Five records of this obscure nepticulid whose life-cycle has apparently not yet been worked out - three from Weston Moor in the Gordano Valley (1999-2013), one from Chard Junction (1996) and one from Misterton (1920).<br>

A miner on broom.&nbsp; Rare in Somerset, doubtless restricted by the distribution of its foodplant, and probably under-recorded.&nbsp; Only two recent records: King's Cliff Wood (2007) and Willet Hill (2019).&nbsp; Historically known from the Blackdowns and Brislington.<br>

Dusty Apple Pigmy

A leaf-miner on apple; under-recorded, but with a scattering of records right across the county suggesting it is fairly widespread and common.<br>
