Bird's Wing

A moth of woodland, scrub and heath that is largely confined to south-east England and the West Midlands. There are two old county records and a more recent one from 2011.

Brown Rustic

Fairly widespread across the county but patchily distributed, most records coming from areas retaining a good proportion of semi-natural habitat - especially the western uplands and the Poldens.

Porter's Rustic

A rare immigrant from southern Europe, first recorded in Britain in 1978. There is one county record, from Merriott, in 2008, the year of the highest national influx.
