Forest Tortrix

Very rare - three records in the 1906 Victoria County History, and just one since, to light at Helliar's Copse between Chard and Ilminster in 2002.

Variegated Golden Tortrix

Widespread south of a line between Bridgwater and Frome; very local elsewhere.&nbsp; Numbers appear to have fallen considerably since around 2006, and it is not recorded every year.

Rose Tortrix

Formerly widespread if scarce, but now rare and local, seemingly only met with on the upland fringes in the south and west of the county.

Rose Tortrix
