An introduced species, from Australia, widely distributed in Somerset.&nbsp; In some urban areas it can be very numerous to light.

Sulphur Tubic

Fairly common, with a few recorded every year, but rarely in any numbers.&nbsp; Apparently absent from the western third of Somerset, except around Porlock.

Common Tubic

This beautiful moth is fairly common in Somerset, being reported in small numbers virtually every year.&nbsp; However, it is very patchily distributed, occurring from the Mendips northwards, in the south of the county from the Wellington area to Yeovil, and locally around Porlock and Minehead.
